1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to our website www.digitalestagings.de owned by Tulsa Mann, owner of the sole proprietorship Tulsa Mann Digital Stagings (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Stagings, we, us"). Please read these terms carefully, they apply to all contracts, orders, payments and actions taken through Digitale Stagings. For all business relations between Digitale Stagings Tulsa Mann and the customer, our General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. All subsidiary agreements require our written confirmation. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Digitale Stagings, not with third parties. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or view the Website. Use of the Website implies that you agree to the Terms.
2 Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded when you place your order with Digitale Stagings. The contract is concluded in German or English.
3. Changes to the offer and prices
The prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Products or services
The products in our online store may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the online store as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display on your computer screens will be accurate in all colors. 5. Prices and terms of payment
The prices quoted at the time of the order shall apply. All prices are net prices. A discount deduction is not permitted unless the supplier has expressly agreed this with the customer. Errors and omissions excepted. Payments are to be made either directly by PayPal or credit card or one of the payment methods offered.
6. Default of payment
In the case of monetary debts, default occurs without a reminder no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice, provided of course that the service has already been rendered at this time, 286 para. 3 BGB.
7. Retention of title
The delivered service remains the property of Digitale Stagings until full payment has been made. If the customer has resold the delivery before full payment, his claims against the third party purchaser shall be deemed assigned to Digitale Stagings.
8. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction
German law shall apply. In business transactions with merchants and legal entities under public law, Munich shall be the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes.
9. Force majeure
Digital Stagings will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of us or any of the Providers being unable to perform our obligations under our contract(s) due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (a "Force Majeure Event").
10. Data protection
In order to process your order, we may need to pass your details to the relevant providers. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of this information.
